What are the delivery charges?

$15 for deliveries within Kitchener-waterloo.

$20 for deliveries to Cambridge and Guelph.

What is the return policy?

We have a 1-week exchange policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request an exchange .)

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

For an added charge of $10, you can receive your order same day

What is your delivery schedule?

We make deliveries twice a week. Wednesdays and Fridays.

What if a product is out of stock after I have placed my order?

You will receive a reimbursement.
