SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently only offer local delivery services to Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph.

We make deliveries twice each week - Wednesdays and Fridays.

We don’t currently ship outside of these areas. $15 for deliveries within Kitchener-waterloo. $20 for deliveries to Cambridge and Guelph

ORDER ONLINE, PICK UP IN STORE

Available to all online orders.

Rush Delivery - $10

You will need to be available for delivery especially if you’ve ordered frozen foods for safety and hygiene concerns. All deliveries will be left at your doorstep.

Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns only exchanges only on beauty products within 15 days with receipt as long as the product is unopened and unused.

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
